ince 1992, Galileo Research has been certified in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), a testament to our dedication to rigorous standards. We have been consistently certified by the Italian Ministry of Health, (Certificate No. 2023/11 dated 09/05/2023 – provisional certificate dated 12/05/2025), ensuring alignment with EU Directive 2004/9/EC and the Italian Legislative Decree 50/2007. Galileo Research has an in-house GLP-compliant Archive that safeguards the integrity of valuable GLP documents through secure storage, safeguarding and controlled retrievability.
Authorization for Animal Studies
Galileo Research is authorized by the Italian Ministry of Health as User of animals for scientific purposes and is authorised to carry out studies in rodents (Authorization n. 09/2023-UT issued on 19/01/2023, according to article 20 of the D. Lgs. 26/2014 of the Italian Ministry of Health, and Decree n. 53/2024-PR PR issued on 12/01/2024).
