Galileo Research s.r.l can collect data for the following purposes:
Personal data (name, surname, phone, tax code, e-mail, IP address).
Data freely supplied by the user. By the sending a volontary and explicit email to the address indicated this site or filling out of the contact form, both lead to the acquisition of the email address and data of the sender/user necessary to reply to the request.
Browsing data
The processing of data of the users of this site (without sending communications or using any available services/functions) is limited to browsing data, (i.e. those those for which transmission to the website is necessary for the functioning of the computer systems to manage the site and internet communications. This includes IP address o computer domanins to visit the website and other parameters relative to the operating system used to connect to the site. Galileo Research s.r.l collects this and other data (i.e. traffic and time spent on the site) merely for statistical purposes and in anoymous form in order to monitor and improve the sites functionality.

Galileo Research s.r.l uses technology, security measures, rules and other procedures (e.g. minimisation and pseudonymisation) to protect the users’ personal data from any unauthorised access, misuse, disclosure, loss or destruction, in accordance with Art. 25-32 European Regulation 2016/679. To keep data secure, Galileo Research s.r.l uses firewalls and password-protected protection systems that meet the standards for electonic equipments and paper.
Retention time of personal data and criteria used to determine this period
Galileo Research s.r.l retains your personal data only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes expressed above.
The criterion used to determind the retention period is based on compliance with the provisions of European Regulation 2016/679.
Your personal data that is no longer necessary is permanently deleted and anonymised.
Rights of the interested parties
Pursuant to art. 15-22 European Regulation 2016/679, the interested party has the right to request the data controller the cancellation of access to personal data, the rectification or cancellation of this data or the limitation of processing concerning him or oppose its processing.
